Our Repair Process

Start Your Repair
Complete the repair request form. IWS will provide an RMA number and shipping instructions so your equipment can be sent in for evaluation.

Evaluation & Quote
We evaluate the equipment, identify the needed repairs, and provide a quote for your approval.
3
Repair, Test & Return
After approval, we complete the repair, functionally test the equipment, and return it to you.
